Our Unconstitutional Reapportionment Process

This is the championship of my novel draft paper, which is available here .  Here is the Abstract: This Article argues that the procedure used to reapportion representatives alongside the states afterward each census violates Section Two of the Fourteenth Amendment. Section Two states that the apportionment of representatives must last done based on population unless a dry reason disenfranchises a sufficient release of people who are presumptively eligible voters.
